Fixed room (under command area), added general path nodes, added details and detail brushes, corrected some lighting, modified shuttle bay area (added door, romulan room)

NOTE:
The shuttle bay room with romulans in it, behind the panels will be where the romulans walk illia when stammheim takes the ship. It will eventually have more too it.
